Community Anchor Institution Data CollectionSurveyOne of the goals of the Connect Alaska project is to create detailed, interactive maps of broadband coverage across the state. As part of this goal, Connect Alaska is collecting information about broadband adoption at community anchor institutions, including K-12 schools, universities, libraries, hospitals/emergency medical facilities, and public safety facilities such as state and local police stations. We need the help of all community anchor institutions in Alaska to collect this information. We would appreciate your participation in our short survey which will allow us to quickly gather the requested information. Survey passwords have been sent via e-mail to all community anchor institutions. Please use the contact information listed below if you need to obtain a password or have any questions. Click here to access the survey. By participating in this survey your information will be added to our confidential database and will not be sold, traded, or otherwise transferred to outside parties for marketing, advertising, or other similar purposes. Contact- Lauren Hightower at broadbandstimulus@connectednation.org. NOTE: The CAI web survey allows for one entry per survey. This Alaska CAI Worksheet allows for institutions reporting on multiple locations to enter this information in a single document. Any institution utilizing this alternative should return their spreadsheet via e-mail to broadbandstimulus@connectednation.org. |
